Developer Sales Manager Hindi speaker

Abra Master Agency a Dubai's real estate master agency, managing multiple exclusive off-plan projects across prime locations such as Dubai Islands (2 projects), Meydan, Jumeirah Garden City and DIC.

We are expanding our Sales Management Team (only 10 Sales Managers) who handle relationships with thousands of real estate agencies across Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working directly with a Dubai developer
• Strong network of agents and agencies within Dubai's real estate market and sales track record
• Valid UAE driving license and car
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand relationships with partner agencies and agents across Dubai
• Promote Abra's exclusive off-plan projects and assist agencies with updates, materials, and coordination
• Handle project presentations, broker events, and deal support
• Collaborate with management and marketing teams to enhance project visibility and partner engagement

Compensation Package:

Basic salary + 0.5% commission on indirect deals + 3-4% commission on direct deals
