Job Title: Mendix Developer (2-4 Years Experience)

We are seeking a skilled Mendix Developer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This role focuses on building intuitive, efficient applications using the Mendix low-code platform, with an emphasis on user-centered design for industrial software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy responsive web and mobile applications using Mendix, integrating with backend systems and databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional Mendix microflows, pages, and widgets.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure high-performance applications.
• Participate in agile sprints, providing estimates and updates on development progress.
• Support deployment to cloud or on-premise environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Mendix development, including Atlas UI, nanoflows, and JavaScript actions.

| Experience Designing for Industrial Software | Proven track record building interfaces for complex domains like manufacturing, PLM, or ERP systems. |

| Ability to Simplify Complex Workflows | Skill in breaking down intricate processes into intuitive, step-by-step user journeys. |
| Basic Front-End Knowledge | Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or React basics. |

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
