Development Analyst

Job Description

• Develop smart and practical solutions using RPA, AI and software development tools, ensuring they align with the company’s overall strategy.

• Review and analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital improvement.

• Support projects by applying modern and emerging technologies that increase efficiency.

• Work with agile methodologies, encouraging quick iterations, continuous feedback, and flexible project adaptation.

• Collaborate closely with teams to ensure smooth development and successful implementation of automation initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, JavaScript, VBA, C#, Access, UiPath (RPA), and Power BI.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar development or automation-focused role.
