Job Overview

Burtville Development is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of professional experience in real estate development projects and a strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's regulatory requirements and approval processes. Experience working with master developers in Abu Dhabi is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver architectural design packages from concept design through detailed design stages.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Prepare, review, and manage architectural drawings, design documents, and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi authority requirements, including ADCD, ADM, Estidama, and other applicable regulations.
• Review and implement master developer design guidelines and requirements.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in resolving design and construction-related issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and design excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years of professional experience, with proven involvement in real estate development projects within Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of ADCD requirements, local authority submission procedures, and approval processes.
• Demonstrated experience working with master developers and understanding their design guidelines and coordination procedures.
• Knowledge of sustainability standards and certification requirements, including Estidama and LEED.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant architectural design software.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and project coordination platforms.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes and construction practices.
