Position: ArchitectLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEExperience: 3&ndash;5 years as Developer ProjectEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with 3&ndash;5 years of professional experience with Developer Project to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate development projects and a strong understanding of local authority requirements. Experience working with master developers in Abu Dhabi is a must.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and deliver architectural design packages from concept to detailed stages.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.</li><li>Prepare and review drawings, design documents, and technical submissions.</li><li>Ensure designs meet authority standards (ADCD, ADM, Estidama, etc.) and master developer guidelines.</li><li>Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical support to the team.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in architecture engineering from a reputable university</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of professional experience, with proven exposure to development projects in Abu Dhabi.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ADCD requirements, local authority submissions, and approval processes.</li><li>Familiarity with master developer design guidelines and coordination procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of sustainability requirements (Estidama, LEED) is a must.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe and other relevant design software</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Application Requirement:<ul><li>CVs submitted without a portfolio will not be considered.</li></ul>Note: Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experienceJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
