As one of Abu Dhabi's growing real estate developers, we are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to become a key member of our engineering team.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality developments and enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Senior MEP Engineer, you will:<ul><li>Lead the design, coordination, and technical review of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Drainage, Fire Protection, and ELV systems from concept design through tender documentation.</li><li>Ensure seamless coordination between MEP, Architectural, Structural, Interior Design, and BIM teams.</li><li>Review engineering calculations, equipment selections, system sizing, routing, and service coordination to ensure efficient and practical designs.</li><li>Ensure all MEP designs comply with Abu Dhabi authority requirements, including ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense, Estidama, and other applicable regulations.</li><li>Manage authority submissions, technical comments, approvals, and resubmissions.</li><li>Conduct multidisciplinary coordination meetings and proactively resolve design conflicts.</li><li>Review BIM models, shop drawings, and clash detection reports to ensure coordination accuracy and project quality.</li><li>Prepare and review technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and equipment schedules.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design engineers, BIM coordinators, and drafting teams.</li><li>Support procurement and construction teams by providing technical clarifications and value engineering solutions.</li><li>Present engineering recommendations and technical solutions to management, consultants, and project stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with company standards, project requirements, applicable codes, and agreed timelines.</li></ul>What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.</li><li>Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within the UAE.</li><li>Extensive experience in MEP design and coordination for residential and mixed-use developments.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Protection, and ELV systems.</li><li>In-depth understanding of Abu Dhabi authority regulations and approval processes.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and other relevant engineering software.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.</li></ul>SalaryCompetitive salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience, will be discussed during the interview.Work Location: In person
