Burtville Development Real Estate Company is expanding, and we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to be part of our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile developments and contribute to delivering quality projects in one of the UAE’s most exciting markets.

_ Key Responsibilities:_

• Lead and manage all electrical engineering activities across multiple projects
• Review, design, and oversee implementation of electrical systems (LV/MV, lighting, power, ELV, etc.)
• Coordinate effectively with MEP teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements (e.g., ADDC, ADM)
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning oversight
• Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain project timelines
• Support project planning, cost control, and value engineering initiatives

_ Requirements:_

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably within UAE/GCC
• Strong background in real estate development, construction, or MEP contracting
• Proven experience handling large-scale projects from design to execution
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary:

• Competitive salary: AED 15,000 – AED 18,000/month
• Final offer will be based on experience and interview performance
