Academic Req: Required - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, non-profit management or a related field.

Work experience: Detail-oriented, proactive professional with 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, CRM management (specifically Salesforce), and non-profit operations. They must possess exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and the analytical mindset necessary to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, "for-impact" environment. A successful applicant will have Salesforce Trailhead Credentials. They will demonstrate a strong commitment to process documentation, sophisticated reporting, and a high level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Assist with annual campaigns and other fundraising events, as needed.

1. Salesforce experience.
2. Excellence in both oral and written communications.
3. The ability to work through stringent deadlines with attention to detail and focus on priorities.
4. Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively.
5. Integrity in dealing with confidential donor, client, and financial information.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
7. Ability to inspire confidence and trust in agency leadership and donors.
8. Ability to function as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
9. Cultural sensitivity towards the served population.
10. Computer literacy and willingness to work across multiple databases.
11. Possess a valid driver’s license, work eligibility status, and pass required background checks.
