Development Consultant - Freelance

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Freelance Sales professional located in Cairo, Egypt. The Freelance Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting sales presentations, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the training team for sales management tasks. The role requires proactive communication with clients and stakeholders, maintaining sales records and reporting on progress, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Bachelor Degree, any discipline
• Proven 10+ years of experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to deliver effective Training sessions
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the consulting or human resources industry is a plus
• Percentage from each new deal upon signing the contract
