We’re looking for a Development Engineer with solid AWS experience and strong problem-solving skills to handle L2 support for our cloud-based projects. You’ll manage the L1 support team, own complex technical issues, and work closely with developers to ensure system reliability and smooth operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and guide the L1 support team, ensuring issues are prioritized and resolved efficiently.
- Take ownership of escalated L2 tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot AWS issues (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Debug and fix issues using Node.js, Angular, and related technologies.
- Analyze logs, automate recurring tasks, and identify performance or cost issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to test and deploy fixes.
- Document solutions and continuously improve support processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in development or technical support roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, JavaScript, Node.js, and Angular.
- Previous experience managing people or leading a small technical team.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
- Comfortable managing ticket queues and working with SLAs.
- Available for rotational shifts in a 24x7 support setup.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
