Development Manager (KSA)

Job Description:

The Development Manager will lead the planning and development of real estate projects, from concept through completion. This role focuses on feasibility, financial viability, and aligning developments with market needs and company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis
• Develop project strategies, timelines, and business plans
• Coordinate with design, finance, and construction teams
• Manage project approvals and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee development progress and ensure alignment with objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 13–15+ years of experience in real estate development
• Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills
• Experience managing mixed-use or large-scale developments
• Excellent stakeholder and negotiation skills
