Job Title: Development Project Manager/Scrum Master (Junior & Experienced Positions Available)

Job Type: Full-time & On-site

Location: Lahore

Open Positions: 3 for Junior Scrum Masters & 2 for Experienced DPM/Scrum Masters

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area

Experience:

  • Junior Scrum Master: 0–1 year of experience.
  • Scrum Master (Experienced): Overall, 7 to 10 years, More than 3 years of proven experience as a DPM/Scrum Master role in the IT Sector with excellent English verbal and written communication and leadership skills.

We are looking for passionate Scrum Masters, whether you’re just starting your Agile journey or already have years of experience, to help drive our teams toward delivering high-quality, value-driven products. You will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities(Level of responsibilities will align with experience)

  • Manage project scope and timelines.
  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration across teams.
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize requests.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to team progress.
  • Help teams implement process improvements effectively.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Maintain and manage team leave calendars for accurate capacity planning.
  • (For experienced roles) Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices, guide teams toward higher Scrum maturity, and act as a point of contact for external stakeholders.
  • (For experienced roles) Foster a culture where team members take ownership of the product and enjoy working on it.

Required Skills

  • Understanding of the Scrum Master role and Agile principles.
  • Experience in software development or working with software teams.
  • Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement).
  • Familiarity with other Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Crystal, XP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • (For experienced roles)Proven expertise in Agile frameworks, servant leadership, conflict resolution, and coaching.
  • (For experienced roles) Scrum Master certification preferred.
