Device Drivers Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled WLAN Driver Engineer with expertise in C programming, WiFi protocols, and Linux/Android operating systems. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing WLAN drivers for embedded platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity, stability, and performance across a wide range of devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and enhance WLAN drivers for Linux/Android platforms.

Implement and optimize WiFi protocol features (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax).

Debug and resolve issues at driver, kernel, MAC, and PHY layers.

Work with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, and application engineers.

Perform performance tuning, throughput optimization, and interoperability testing.

Analyze kernel logs, packet traces, and debug crashes using standard tools.

Ensure reliability, security, and standards compliance of WLAN features

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of real-time experience in WLAN driver development.

Proficiency in C programming and Linux kernel development

Strong understanding of WiFi standards (802.11 family, WPA/WPA2/WPA3, QoS, roaming, security).

Hands-on experience with Linux/Android internals, kernel modules, and device drivers.

Proficient with debugging tools (GDB, Wireshark, trace tools, kernel logs).

Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
