DevOps Administrator I

We’re looking for a DevOps Administrator I who’s passionate about automation, innovation, and delivering exceptional internal service to join our growing Technology team.

In this role, you’ll support and enhance the Credit Union’s business applications (including SharePoint), develop automation solutions, and strengthen our DevOps infrastructure. What You’ll Do

As a DevOps Administrator I, you will:

  • Design and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

  • Build and support RPA bots and automated processes

  • Configure and optimize DevOps infrastructure and cloud resources

  • Manage and tune business applications—including SharePoint Online

  • Ensure rollouts and integrations meet security and compliance standards

  • Design and maintain data flows that support reporting, analytics, and automation

  • Build and enhance SharePoint sites, libraries, templates, and forms

  • Partner with business units to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible instructions

  • Support merger-related integration activities

  • Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation

  • Apply current DevOps, automation, and cloud best practices

  • Build and maintain Power Apps (model-driven and canvas)

  • Create custom connectors and integrate with SQL Server, SharePoint, and web services

  • Troubleshoot Power Platform applications

  • Support and promote the Citizen Development Program across the organization

What You Bring

Experience

  • 2+ years in BI development, data engineering, or a related technical field

Technical Knowledge

  • Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, Certificate Authority

  • SharePoint, Power Automate, Dynamics, Power Apps

  • Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Server compute & storage hardware fundamentals

  • Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting

  • T-SQL for database queries

  • Power BI integration with SharePoint

  • API and external data-source integrations

  • CI/CD pipelines

  • CSS for front-end customizations

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent customer service orientation

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Effective problem-solving abilities

  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners

  • Excellent written documentation capabilities
