DevOps and Business Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled DevOps and Business Data Analyst to bridge the gap between development, operations, and business intelligence. This hybrid role combines DevOps automation, cloud infrastructure management, and business data analytics to drive operational efficiency, performance optimization, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CI/CD, cloud platforms, infrastructure monitoring, and strong capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and business insights generation.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevOps Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability using monitoring tools.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection best practices.
• Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Automate operational tasks and improve deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers to streamline release cycles.

Business Data Analyst Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
• Build dashboards and reports using BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Monitor KPIs, system performance metrics, and user analytics.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for business growth and process improvement.
• Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong experience in DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell).
• Database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with APIs and data integration.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capability.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience in DevOps and/or Data Analytics.
• Certification in AWS/Azure DevOps (preferred).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL pipelines.
• Experience in SaaS/product-based companies is a plus.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
