Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Cloud Engineer with mandatory hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role involves designing, automating, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and secure production environments on GCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage GCP cloud infrastructure (Compute Engine, VPC, Storage, IAM) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate configuration management and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Develop, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system and application performance, scalability, and cost efficiency on GCP.
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to embed DevOps practices into the SDLC.
• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices including IAM, network security, encryption, and secrets management.
• Design, implement, and manage CDN infrastructure (Akamai preferred).
• Implement security protections against DDoS attacks, WAF threats, and web application vulnerabilities.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and DevOps runbooks.
• Stay updated with emerging DevOps and GCP technologies.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience as a DevOps / Cloud Engineer.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong experience with GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine).
• Expertise in Terraform and infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Strong experience with Linux systems, networking, and storage.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and web protocols.
• Experience with cloud security, DDoS protection, and WAF/CDN security.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Akamai CDN
• GCP certifications (Associate / Professional)
• Experience in cloud cost optimization
• Exposure to SRE practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
