DevOps Consultant - SDLC

Experience: 7–10 Years
Location : Riyadh - KSA

Act as a strategic consultant to optimize SDLC processes, DevOps practices, and toolchain integration, ensuring efficient and streamlined delivery pipelines.

• Assess and improve existing SDLC and DevOps processes
• Provide consultancy on best practices for CI/CD, version control, and release management
• Work closely with teams using tools like GitLab, Jira, and related platforms
• Define and implement DevOps governance frameworks and workflows
• Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams
• Recommend automation strategies and process improvements
• Support Agile transformation and DevOps maturity initiatives
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for teams

• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and DevOps principles
• Hands-on experience with tools like GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins (functional level expected)
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline design and optimization
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work at a strategic level rather than deep technical execution
