Role Purpose

Act as a strategic consultant to optimize SDLC processes, DevOps practices, and toolchain integration, ensuring efficient and streamlined delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and improve existing SDLC and DevOps processes.
• Provide consultancy on best practices for CI/CD, version control, and release management.
• Work closely with teams using tools like GitLab, Jira, and related platforms.
• Define and implement DevOps governance frameworks and workflows.
• Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams.
• Recommend automation strategies and process improvements.
• Support Agile transformation and DevOps maturity initiatives.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for teams.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Hands-on experience with tools like GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins (functional level expected).
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work at a strategic level rather than deep technical execution.
