DevOps Engineer

Hiring: Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Bangalore or Pune (In-office, 5 days/week)

Experience: 4+ years

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our in-house engineering team. This role will embed you directly within scrum teams, where you’ll play a crucial part in deploying code on AWS cloud infrastructure with speed, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, AWS CodePipeline)
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, etc.) using Terraform/CloudFormation
• Implement automation across deployments, testing, monitoring, and security (DevSecOps)
• Plan and manage releases using strategies like blue-green and canary deployments
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Enforce cloud security best practices (IAM, VPC, etc.)
• Work closely with scrum teams to ensure smooth delivery and scalability

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of DevOps/SRE experience
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS services
• Strong knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash)
• Clear understanding of CI/CD and DevSecOps principles
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 per year
