DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and maintain tools to automate operational processes.
• Deploy and Troubleshoot .NET Core, NodeJS applications and Microservices in AKS in Azure
• Setup CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab, GitHub and Azure Pipelines.
• Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies using streamlined and repeatable processes that are robust and reliable.
• Understand, implement, and automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation.
• Build Tools and Pipelines to reduce errors and improve configuration management process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Background check required.
• This is a Hybrid position in San Antonio, TX. Team members are required to be in-office at least once per week.

• 3+ years of experience provisioning, operating, and managing available, secure, and scalable cloud and on-premises environments.
• Experience with Azure Cloud is highly desired
• Experience with Kubernetes and Kubernetes eco-system is highly desired.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code Tools (ex. Terraform)
• Experience developing code in at least one high-level programming/scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript etc.)
• Experience in automation and testing via scripting/programming.
• Experience in development and maintenance of build scripts for .Net, Java, and Node.js platforms and management of build pipeline using Gitlab, Azure Pipelines.
• Experience in the configuration, management, and troubleshooting of web servers, databases, caching, networking, and load balancing services.
• Understanding of agile and other development processes and methodologies.
• Problem-Solving and Team Collaboration skills
• Proficiency in using AI Tools for efficiency
