DevOps Engineer

Job Title: DevOps Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure & Production Systems)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage, optimize, and scale the production infrastructure for our high-performance mobile trading application.

You’ll work on multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or DigitalOcean), deploy load balancers, manage databases, automate CI/CD, and ensure high availability and security across systems serving 100,000+ users.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, GCP, or DigitalOcean.

Configure and manage multiple production servers with auto-scaling and load balancing.

Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

Manage MongoDB clusters, Redis caching, and database backups/failover.

Implement monitoring and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or CloudWatch).

Handle application security, SSL/TLS, and IAM configuration.

Perform load and performance testing, ensuring low latency for real-time data systems.

Optimize costs, monitor usage, and ensure infrastructure reliability and uptime.

Requirements:

3–6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering.

Proficiency in Linux server administration (Ubuntu / Debian).

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE).

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and IaC tools.

Knowledge of networking, DNS, SSL certificates, and firewalls.

Familiarity with Node.js / TypeScript deployment environments is a plus.

Scripting experience with Bash or Python.

Nice to Have

Experience in FinTech, real-time systems, or microservices architecture.

Knowledge of multi-region deployment, auto-healing, and disaster recovery.

Familiar with Vault, KMS, or Secrets Manager for secret handling.

Exposure to FIX API, payment integrations, or financial data pipelines.
