DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation workflows to ensure smooth software delivery and system reliability. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated code deployment and testing.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
• Ensure system monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability across environments.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and optimize deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth code integration and production deployments.
• Maintain strong focus on security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or System Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
• Understanding of networking, security principles, and DevSecOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
• Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
