DevOps Engineer (Azure)

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with around 3-5 years of hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation to support high-availability, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure using services like Azure VM, AKS, App Service, Storage, VNet, Key Vault, Monitor, and Azure DevOps.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices and web applications using Azure DevOps, GitLab/GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or ARM/Bicep templates.
• Implement configuration management and deployment strategies using Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, scalability, and cost optimization across cloud workloads.
• Manage application logging, monitoring, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline releases and promote DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system reliability (SRE mindset).
• Ensure security compliance by handling IAM, RBAC, secrets management, network security groups, and vulnerability remediation.
• Scan pipelines for CVEs and enforce security checks.
• Configure alerting/notifications for pipeline failures and security findings.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, branching strategies, and automated testing workflows.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container-based deployments.
• Strong skills in Terraform, Bash/PowerShell, and YAML-based configurations.
• Experience working with Linux/Windows servers in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and distributed system performance tuning.
• Understanding of DevOps culture, release automation, and cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with Helm and ArgoCD.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
