What you’ll be working on

• Building and evolving secure cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Managing and improving Kubernetes/EKS environments
• Developing and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform/OpenTofu
• Enhancing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Improving platform observability, monitoring and reliability
• Supporting engineering teams with scalable internal tooling and developer platforms
• Driving cloud security, IAM best practices and compliance standards within a regulated fintech environment
• Contributing to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy

Ideal background

• Strong DevOps, Platform Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure experience
• Experience operating production AWS environments at scale
• Strong Kubernetes knowledge in enterprise or cloud-native environments
• Experience within fintech, SaaS, regulated environments or fast-growth startups is highly beneficial
• Comfortable working cross-functionally within lean engineering teams
• Engineers who enjoy ownership, autonomy and solving complex infrastructure challenges
