As we scale globally, we are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer to build and own the infrastructure that powers it all.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a closely related infrastructure role
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, and GKE
• Deep proficiency with Docker and container orchestration, including Kubernetes
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Google Cloud Run, CircleCI, or similar tools
• Solid background in monitoring and observability using tools such as Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, or New Relic
• Experience administering and optimizing MongoDB, including backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
• Strong scripting ability in Python, Bash, or equivalent languages
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Demonstrated ability to implement security best practices across infrastructure, applications, and data layers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with additional cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Agile/Scrum methodologies, or relevant certifications (GCP, Docker) is a strong plus

What You'll Do

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP to support Qureos' growing global platform
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines that automate testing, building, and deployment across development and production environments
• Own the monitoring, logging, and alerting stack, proactively identifying and resolving incidents before they impact our enterprise customers
• Administer and optimize MongoDB instances, maintaining data integrity, security, and performance at scale
• Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards across all layers of infrastructure and application delivery
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows using GCP-native services and custom scripting
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to support the full software development lifecycle and accelerate feature delivery
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity across critical systems and databases
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to resolve complex infrastructure and deployment challenges
