DevOps Engineer (AWS & Kubernetes)

To power our vision, we are looking for a professional and experienced DevOps Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and understands the demands of high-availability systems.

About the Role

As our DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and scaling our cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will work closely with our development team to ensure reliable deployments, robust monitoring, and seamless operations across our Docker images and Kubernetes clusters.

This is a critical role in ensuring security, scalability, and redundancy in a financial-grade environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, deploy, and optimize infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Build, maintain, and monitor Kubernetes clusters for high-availability and resilience.
• Create and manage Docker images for microservice deployments.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and reduce downtime.
• Implement server redundancy, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor infrastructure and application health with logging/alerting tools.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices for financial/crypto infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers to support application scalability and reliability.

Requirements

• 4+ years in DevOps, with a strong track record in AWS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Proven experience with monitoring/alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
