DevOps Engineering Specialist

Qualifications

• Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering (5+ years).

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitLab.

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).

• Strong knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell; Python is a plus).

• Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture.

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.

• Strong Linux administration skills.

• Azure Administrator or Developer Associate – Required.

• Kubernetes or Terraform certifications – Preferred. Personal Skills

Responsibilities

• I design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
• I ensure the implementation of pipeline-as-code, automated testing, approvals, and release governance. Cloud & Infrastructure Management:
• I design and manage cloud environments across Azure (primarily) and AWS/GCP where applicable.
• I implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and ARM/Bicep to ensure consistency and scalability. Description Platform & System Administration:
• I manage and maintain Azure DevOps (cloud and on-prem), including upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• I ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response practices. Containerization & Orchestration:
• I manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).
• I support deployment automation, scaling, and cluster operations.

• I embed security best practices within CI/CD pipelines, including secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks.

• I work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to improve workflows and adopt DevOps best practices.

• I support knowledge sharing through documentation, runbooks, and technical guidance.
