DevOps Lead (Fintech)

Role Purpose

Own and scale the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and reliability of a regulated BNPL platform. Ensure secure, automated, and resilient delivery of production systems while supporting rapid product iteration in a fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure (GCP / AWS / Azure)
• Own CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and environment management
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)
• Ensure high availability, scalability, backup, and disaster recovery
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews
• Embed DevSecOps practices across engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and compliance teams

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
• Mandatory experience working in a fintech or product-led technology company
• Strong hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and Git-based workflows
• Knowledge of cloud security and networking fundamentals
