DFT RTL Engineer

We are looking for a skilled DFT RTL Engineer with strong expertise in JTAG, IJTAG, ATPG, and MBIST workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on SoC-level DFT verification and pattern generation experience, along with solid understanding of digital test methodologies.

Job Description

• Strong hands-on experience with IEEE 1149.1 JTAG and IJTAG 1687
• Perform SoC RTL-level DFT verification, including power-aware verification
• ATPG pattern generation and coverage analysis at SoC level
• Experience in ATPG pattern retargeting and DRC analysis
• Execute ATPG & MBIST GLS simulations (no-timing and timing)
• Hands-on experience with SSN is a plus
• Work on MBIST pattern generation and simulation at SoC level
