The Telesales Executive will be responsible for connecting with customers digitally - https://aankhondekha.com/ and over calls to explain the experiences and services of Aankhon Dekha VR Centre. The role focuses on providing clear information, answering queries, and creating awareness about VR experiences, with no responsibility for direct sales or targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Explain Aankhon Dekha VR Centre’s VR experiences and services to customers via phone and digital platforms.

· Communicate product features, experience flow, and visitor benefits clearly and accurately.

· Respond to customer queries in a polite and professional manner.

· Share digital content such as brochures, videos, or experience details when required.

· Record customer interactions and feedback for internal reference.

Skills & Requirements

· Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.

· Customer-friendly and patient approach.

· Basic knowledge of digital communication tools.

Qualifications

· Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

· Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or product communication is an advantage.

· Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Work Environment

· Office-based - Pune

· Day shift with structured calling schedules.
