DHA General Practitioner (GP) - Own Visa

Start Date: 1st September (Urgent Requirement)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Visa: Own Visa Required (Family/Spouse/Freelance)

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: AED 4,000 (AED 6,000 with homecare experience)
• Commission:
• 30% if GP brings the patient
• 10%–15% if clinic brings the patient
• Note: For the first 2 months (while awaiting insurance approval), only the basic salary will be paid.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Practitioner (GP) with strong clinical expertise and leadership abilities to join our medical team. This is a full-time role where you will not only provide high-quality patient care but also play a key part in leading and supporting the clinical team.

Requirements:

• Must hold DHA License or Eligibility
• Proven experience as a General Practitioner, preferably with homecare exposure
• Strong managerial and team leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Immediate availability is essential
• Candidate must be on own visa (family/spouse/freelance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare consultations and treatments
• Manage and supervise the medical team, ensuring clinical best practices are followed
• Participate in homecare visits (if applicable) and ensure continuity of patient care
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships with a focus on trust and quality care
• Contribute to business growth by bringing patients and building referral networks
• Ensure compliance with DHA and UAE healthcare regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
