The ideal candidate is an energetic Female DHA licensed physician, passionate with clinical practices and innovation in home delivery of healthcare services, that will upscale the quality and reach of our services to patients and family and has the passion to grow within the role and within our organization.

The role reports directly into the Operations Director of Home Healthcare Services.

We are considering profiles with the following qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in home healthcare providers in Dubai,
• Prior or current experience in TPAs and Insurances in Dubai, particularly in the Medical Claims and approvals division,
• Experience in diagnostic services, assessment and prescription of required services and design of a treatment plan is a must,
• Understanding of the home healthcare market in Dubai (players and services) is essential for the role,
• Experience in using HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and following the DHA protocol in Medical Documentation, compliant with NABITH requirements,
• Existing bases of patients under its care or referral channels will be considered a plus,
• Experience in a hospital setup is ideal but not required,
• Native Arabic speaker is preferred.

DAY to DAY Duties but not limited to:

• Monitor patient care, attending home visits, and nursing performance for existing patients,
• Perform end-to-end medical assessment for home nursing patients and draft the required treatment plan according to DHA and Insurance requirements,
• Perform home visits for new patient consultation requests for the entire scope of the home healthcare services,
• Liaise with our Medical Director and Head of Operations for compliance and documentation requirements,
• Contribute to continued medical staff education
• Support our Marketing leads for designing new content for our digital media platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
