Job Description

Luxora Polyclinic is looking for a skilled, professional, and patient-focused Laser Hair Removal Technician to join our growing Aesthetic & Beauty Department.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in laser hair removal, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to deliver safe, high-quality treatments while contributing to patient satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility relevant to laser hair removal
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in laser hair removal preferred
• Strong knowledge of different skin types, hair types, treatment parameters, contraindications, and laser safety
• Experience with advanced laser hair removal technology
• Excellent English communication skills
• Arabic, Persian, or Russian language skills are an advantage
• Strong patient consultation and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinic team
• Experience in Dubai/UAE aesthetic or medical clinics is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional laser hair removal treatments according to approved clinical protocols
• Conduct patient consultations and assess skin and hair type before treatment
• Select appropriate treatment parameters within professional scope and clinic protocols
• Explain treatment plans, expected results, pre-care and aftercare instructions
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records
• Follow strict laser safety, hygiene, infection-control, and clinic standards
• Monitor patient progress and encourage appropriate follow-up sessions
• Maintain treatment rooms and laser equipment in excellent condition
• Deliver an excellent patient experience and build long-term patient relationships
• Support patient retention, rebooking, treatment packages, and ethical cross-referrals within the clinic

Preferred Experience

Experience working with Clarity II or similar advanced Alexandrite/Nd laser platforms is a strong advantage.
