Role Overview

We are currently hiring Female Registered Nurses (DHA Licensed or Eligibility) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in home healthcare, doctor-on-call services, or IV therapy, and who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in home settings across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at home in line with DHA standards
• Assist doctors during home consultations and doctor-on-call visits
• Administer IV therapies, medications, and treatments as prescribed
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and track patient progress
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and aftercare
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and infection control standards
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care at all times

Requirements

• Female Registered Nurse (Mandatory)
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in home healthcare / doctor on call / similar field preferred
• Freshers are welcome to apply (multiple vacancies available)
• Experience or knowledge of IV therapy / wellness treatments is a strong advantage
• Strong clinical and patient assessment skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and home visits across Dubai
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused approach
