DHA Medical Director – Dermatology Clinic

We are seeking a DHA-licensed Consultant or Specialist Dermatologist to be appointed as the officially registered Medical Director in accordance with DHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

• Act as the officially registered DHA Medical Director
• Ensure full compliance with DHA Health Regulation Sector standards
• Oversee clinic activation approvals and renewals
• Supervise infection control, sterilization & patient safety protocols
• Coordinate during DHA inspections and audits

Clinical Supervision

• Supervise dermatology & aesthetic procedures including:
• Dermapen (microneedling) for hair treatment
• Scalp rejuvenation procedures
• Review and approve treatment protocols
• Ensure proper consent and complication management

Leadership & Governance

• Supervise dermatologists, nurses, and allied staff
• Approve scope of practice
• Maintain high ethical and professional medical standards
• Implement clinical governance and quality assurance frameworks

Required Qualifications

• MBBS (recognized by DHA)
• Postgraduate qualification in Dermatology (MD / Board Certification preferred)
• Minimum 5 years clinical dermatology experience
• Aesthetic dermatology experience preferred
• Previous Medical Director experience (advantage)

DHA Requirements

• Valid DHA License as Consultant or Specialist Dermatologist
• Eligible for appointment as DHA Medical Director
• Registered in DHA Sheryan system
• Good Standing Certificate
• Valid malpractice insurance
• CME compliance as per DHA regulations
