DHA Nurse (Female Homecare)

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate DHA-licensed Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse with strong clinical competence and excellent communication skills. This position reports to both the Medical Director and the Home Healthcare Director and requires flexibility to provide nursing services across multiple care settings in accordance with patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse
• Strong clinical knowledge with practical, hands-on nursing experience
• Proficiency in English with effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric patients
• Excellent clinical judgment, strict compliance with DHA regulations, and the ability to make timely, informed decisions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home nursing care for patients with acute and chronic conditions, including patient assessments and medication administration in line with DHA guidelines
• Perform a wide range of nursing procedures such as IV therapy, nebulization, wound care, phlebotomy, tracheostomy care, urinary catheterization, PEG feeding, and other assigned clinical tasks
• Monitor, assess, and accurately document vital signs and conduct basic diagnostic procedures including blood glucose testing, pulse oximetry, and ECG monitoring
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional patient documentation and clinical reports

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
