Job description:
Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and qualified DHA Licensed Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and supporting patients and families according to the approved care plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with DHA guidelines and standards.
- Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care when required.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing notes.
- Observe and report changes in the patient’s health condition to the supervising doctor or care coordinator.
- Educate patients and family members about disease management, medication, and home care practices.
- Ensure infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality at all times.
- Follow DHA regulations, company policies, and home healthcare protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
- Minimum 1 years of nursing experience (hospital or homecare experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
- Good communication skills in English .
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts or home visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR
