DHA Nurse for Homecare

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and qualified DHA Licensed Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and supporting patients and families according to the approved care plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with DHA guidelines and standards.
• Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, and oxygen saturation.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care when required.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing notes.
• Observe and report changes in the patient’s health condition to the supervising doctor or care coordinator.
• Educate patients and family members about disease management, medication, and home care practices.
• Ensure infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow DHA regulations, company policies, and home healthcare protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
• Minimum 1 years of nursing experience (hospital or homecare experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
• Good communication skills in English .
• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused personality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts or home visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR
