. Patient Care:
- Provide skilled nursing services including medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, vital signs monitoring, and catheter care.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition as per care plan.
- Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes or critical findings to the physician and supervisor promptly.
2. Clinical Procedures:
- Perform IV cannulation, blood sample collection, and injections as per DHA standards.
- Manage chronic disease cases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) and post-operative care.
- Provide palliative and elderly care in home settings.
- Handle medical equipment safely (infusion pumps, glucometers, BP monitors, etc.).
3. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing records, care plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure proper documentation in compliance with DHA and company policies.
- Report incidents or adverse events following standard protocols.
4. Patient & Family Education:
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication adherence, and preventive care.
- Promote patient independence and support family members in providing safe care at home.
5. Compliance & Quality:
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
- Comply with DHA regulations and company policies at all times.
- Participate in regular training and competency assessments.
