DHA Registered Nurse

. Patient Care:

  • Provide skilled nursing services including medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, vital signs monitoring, and catheter care.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition as per care plan.
  • Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes or critical findings to the physician and supervisor promptly.

2. Clinical Procedures:

  • Perform IV cannulation, blood sample collection, and injections as per DHA standards.
  • Manage chronic disease cases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) and post-operative care.
  • Provide palliative and elderly care in home settings.
  • Handle medical equipment safely (infusion pumps, glucometers, BP monitors, etc.).

3. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing records, care plans, and progress notes.
  • Ensure proper documentation in compliance with DHA and company policies.
  • Report incidents or adverse events following standard protocols.

4. Patient & Family Education:

  • Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication adherence, and preventive care.
  • Promote patient independence and support family members in providing safe care at home.

5. Compliance & Quality:

  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Comply with DHA regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Participate in regular training and competency assessments.
