DHA Registered Nurse (Home Health Care Company)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a DHA Registered Nurse to join our Home Health Care Department. The nurse will be responsible for providing professional nursing services, including IV therapy, injections, and general nursing care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate must possess excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, ensuring patients receive safe, efficient, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer intravenous (IV) infusions, injections, and medications as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions before, during, and after procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing procedures and patient interactions.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, medication use, and general health maintenance.
• Coordinate with physicians, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to all DHA standards, protocols, and infection control guidelines.
• Safely handle and maintain medical equipment and supplies required for home visits.
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries, emergencies, or changes in condition.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical nursing practices at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid DHA Nursing License or Eligibility Letter (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home care, hospital, or outpatient settings.
• Proven experience in IV therapy, injections, and basic emergency care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits per day.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
