DHA Registered or Assistant Nurse (Female Homecare)

We are looking for a motivated and proactive DHA-licensed Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse with strong clinical competence and excellent communication skills. This position reports to both the Medical Director and the Home Healthcare Director and requires flexibility in delivering care across multiple service areas according to patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse
• Strong clinical knowledge with hands-on nursing experience
• Proficiency in English with effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide holistic nursing care to adult and pediatric patients
• Strong clinical judgment, compliance with DHA regulations, and the ability to make prompt, informed decisions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home nursing care to patients with acute or chronic conditions, including patient assessments, medication administration in accordance with DHA standards, IV therapy, nebulization, wound management, phlebotomy, tracheostomy care, urinary catheter care, PEG feeding, and other nursing procedures
• Monitor, assess, and accurately document vital signs and perform basic diagnostic procedures such as blood glucose testing, pulse oximetry, and ECG monitoring
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional patient records and clinical documentation

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
