DHA Registered or Assistant Nurse (Female Homecare)

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a motivated and dependable DHA-licensed Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse who demonstrates strong clinical competence and effective communication skills. This position reports directly to the Medical Director and the Home Healthcare Director and requires flexibility to provide nursing services across different care settings, depending on patient requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse
• Strong clinical knowledge supported by practical nursing experience
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric patients
• Strong clinical judgment, thorough understanding of DHA regulations, and the ability to make timely and appropriate decisions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home healthcare services to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions, including patient assessment, medication administration in line with DHA guidelines, IV therapy, nebulization, wound management, phlebotomy, tracheostomy care, urinary catheterization, PEG feeding, and other nursing procedures
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately and perform basic diagnostic procedures such as blood glucose monitoring, pulse oximetry, and ECG monitoring
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation of patient records and clinical reports

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
