Diagnostic Lab Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Diagnostic Lab Sales Representative to join our expanding healthcare solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling advanced diagnostic laboratory services to healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and laboratories. Your energetic approach will help build strong relationships, demonstrate the value of our innovative products, and drive growth within your assigned territory. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physician offices (Primary Care, Pain Management, OB/GYN, Urology, and other related fields)
• Prospect and open new accounts within your territory
• Educate providers on CoreLab’s services and turnaround advantages
• Manage and grow monthly test volume
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain consistent follow-up with accounts to drive retention and growth

Requirements

• 2+ years of medical sales experience preferred
• Existing relationships with physician offices in the St. Louis area is a strong plus
• Proven track record of generating new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Diagnostic lab sales (Quest, Labcorp, regional labs, pharma is a plus)
• Experience calling on physician offices and navigating clinics
