Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Ultrasound Department, Full-Time Nights, Wolfson Children's Hospital

Baptist Health is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for our Ultrasound Department at Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time opportunity, offering an overnight schedule consisting of Sunday 7:00 PM–6:30 AM and Monday–Thursday 11:00 PM–6:30 AM.

As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, responsibilities will include:

• Performs high-quality, diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral vascular procedures.

• Promotes goodwill among coworkers and other departments and has a positive, comforting demeanour with all patients.

• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.

Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Ultrasound Department, Experience;

• 1-2 Years of Experience Working in a Hospital Setting

• 1-2 years Hospital-based department-specific work experience

• Ultrasound Experience

• Experience with vascular ultrasound

• Customer Service Experience

  Must obtain certification in Sonography from the ARDMS or ARRT (S) and RVT or ARRT(VS) or RVS within 12 months of hire.
