Job Description – Diagnostic Psychologist (In-Person Services)

Period of Performance: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 (with option years through June 30, 2029)

Position Overview

Eleven Bravo Group, LLC is seeking a qualified Diagnostic Psychologist to provide in-person psychological evaluation and assessment services in support of students with disabilities at Mariano Lake Community School. The selected professional will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal education mandates, including IDEA and ESSA, by delivering timely, accurate, and culturally responsive psychological services.

Key Responsibilities

The Diagnostic Psychologist shall provide comprehensive services including, but not limited to:

  • Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for students with disabilities in accordance with APA and NASP standards
  • Perform psychological assessments aligned with IDEA requirements and school-based special education programs
  • Complete all evaluations within the required 60-day compliance timeline
  • Attend and actively participate in Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings, presenting findings and recommendations
  • Provide professional recommendations to educators and parents to support student success
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with federal privacy regulations (PII protection)
  • Document all services performed and submit monthly service reports and invoices
  • Ensure on-site presence as required and properly log service hours

Workload & Schedule

  • Estimated 1,808 total hours annually, including:
  • School year services (approx. 1,440 hours)
  • Parent-teacher conferences and meetings
  • Summer compensatory education services
  • Services delivered on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on school needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid New Mexico state license/certification as a School Psychologist
  • Demonstrated experience in psychological evaluations for students with disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of IDEA, APA, NASP, and NM PED guidelines
  • Ability to work in school-based environments with diverse populations
  • Experience with Native American communities is highly preferred
  • Must obtain and maintain federal background clearance prior to start
  • U.S. Citizenship required for contract compliance

Compliance & Requirements

  • Completion of background investigation within required timeframe (10 days submission)
  • Adherence to federal safety, health, and security regulations
  • Must provide own equipment, materials, and resources to perform services
  • Maintain compliance with federal contract clauses and performance monitoring (CPARS)

Pay: $92,027.47 - $110,828.78 per year
