Accurate Automotive is looking for an experienced Speed Bay Leader to run and lead our Speed Bay / Speed of Service Department. This role is for a technician who excels at diagnostics, inspections, and leadership—not someone focused on heavy repairs.

Your primary responsibility is to diagnose vehicles, ensure every car receives a complete and accurate inspection, and lead a team of 3 technicians to execute our process efficiently and consistently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and confirm root causes of customer concerns
• Lead and manage a team of 3 Speed Bay technicians
• Oversee and assist with every vehicle inspection to ensure accuracy and quality
• Ensure inspections include clear photos, videos, and documented findings
• Set the pace and flow of the Speed Bay to maintain high car count and fast turn times
• Coach and train team members on proper inspection and diagnostic procedures
• Work closely with service advisors to support accurate recommendations
• Maintain organization, accountability, and standards within the Speed Bay

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
