The Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth for the diagnostics laboratory by acquiring new clients, strengthening relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporates, and wellness partners, and promoting the lab’s diagnostic services through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business from doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporate companies, and health camps.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Conduct field visits and maintain strong relationships with key medical professionals.
  • Identify new market opportunities for diagnostic tests, wellness packages, and specialty profiles.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including B2B and B2C promotions.
  • Organize CME programs, medical camps, corporate health check-up events, and community outreach activities.
  • Deliver product knowledge sessions to healthcare providers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Strengthen digital presence by coordinating social media, referral campaigns, and online partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain CRM records, track leads, and manage client follow-ups.
  • Resolve customer issues, ensure timely sample pickups, and coordinate test report delivery.
  • Build long-term trust with clients to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Lab Technology, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales/marketing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of lab tests, pathology workflows, and healthcare sales cycles is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
