Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Diagnostics Sales Manager, based in Gurugram. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with healthcare providers, managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The Diagnostics Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs while upholding the company’s commitment to high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams
• Experience managing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets
• Analytical skills for performance tracking, sales forecasting, and market trend analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software
• Experience in the diagnostics or healthcare industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram with minimal travel as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,834.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
