DIALYSIS COORDINATOR

The Dialysis Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing dialysis services to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This role acts as a link between patients, nephrologists, nursing staff, technicians, and hospital administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily dialysis schedules and patient appointments

Ensure smooth operation of dialysis units and adherence to protocols

Monitor patient flow, documentation, and treatment plans

Coordinate with nephrologists, nurses, and technicians for patient care

Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

Maintain dialysis records, reports, and inventory of consumables

Handle patient counseling, education, and support services

Address patient concerns and ensure quality service delivery

Qualifications & Requirements:

BSc / GNM Nursing or Dialysis Technology certification

Minimum 1–3 years experience in a dialysis unit or nephrology department

Knowledge of dialysis procedures, machines, and protocols

Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a clinical environment

Preferred Skills:

Hospital or dialysis center experience

Basic computer and documentation skills

Patient-focused and team-oriented approach

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
