Dialysis Nurse

The Role: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Dialysis Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate professional with specialized experience in dialysis. This role is crucial to our mission of helping patients with kidney conditions lead healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care to patients during hemodialysis treatments.
• Monitor and assess patient vitals and response to treatment, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Operate and maintain dialysis machines and equipment with precision and care.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, post-care, and lifestyle management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Uphold strict infection control protocols and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.
• Must have valid DHA Eligibility.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably with a background in dialysis or nephrology.
• Proficiency in operating dialysis equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
