Role & responsibilities

• Patient Care
• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per physicians instructions and hospital protocols.
• Monitor, record, and report patients’ vital signs and condition changes.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
• Ensure patients’ comfort, safety, and hygiene at all times.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records, charts, and reports.
• Document nursing interventions, observations, and outcomes systematically.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient care and progress.
• Infection Control and Safety
• Follow infection control protocols strictly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the work environment.
• Ensure safe disposal of biomedical waste as per guidelines.
• Patient Education and Support
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, treatment plans, and discharge care.
• Provide emotional support to patients and relatives.
• Teamwork and Professional Conduct
• Collaborate with doctors, fellow nurses, and allied health professionals for holistic patient care.
• Participate in nursing training, workshops, and continuous education programs.
• Adhere to hospital policies, ethical standards, and professional behavior at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
