Job Description:
Pathway Hospital is looking for a skilled and responsible Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling dialysis equipment, monitoring patient vitals, and ensuring safe, hygienic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hemodialysis procedures as per medical guidelines
• Prepare and maintain dialysis machines and equipment
• Monitor and record patient vitals during treatment
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization standards
• Provide pre and post dialysis patient care
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Certification in Dialysis Technology
• Prior experience preferred (freshers may also apply)
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
